District Cubs Chess Competition

19^th Wimbledon HQ

Open to all Cub packs in the Wimbledon and Wandle District. Each team is to be
comprised of four Cubs, packs can enter up to three teams (labelled A, B and C).

There will be four 20-minute rounds in the competition itself, so each entrant will play
four games (two games either side of an interval).

• Arrive for 14.00
• 14.10 – 14.20 – Explanation of rules etc.
• 14.25 – 14.45 – Round 1
• 14.50 – 15.10 – Round 2
• 15.10 – 15.30 – Break
• 15.35 – 15.55 – Round 3
• 16.00 – 16.20 – Round 4
• 16.20 – 16.30 – Toilet break, pack away
• 16.30 – 16.45 – Results, presentations and finish.
